It may seem like little effort on the surface, but check underneath. What you may find is a well-oiled machine with efficient processes and procedures that ultimately produced operational excellence…quality.
Here is an exercise for our readers.
Think of a business, product, or service that you automatically equate to high quality.
Ask yourself, self what makes them synonymous with high quality?
Although there are many, here are two from our list.
Ritz Carlton Hotels – My favorite hotel of all time! I have stayed in a Ritz hotel in multiple different cities and the impeccable service is always consistent. The concierge, spa, restaurant, and housekeeping staff all seem to be in sync and know just what I need and when it is needed. When traveling, I always check to see if a Ritz is in the area.
Chick-Fil-A Restaurants – My favorite fast food restaurant. Of all the years that I have been going to Chick-Fil-A, they have never messed up my order. Enough said.
